I liked everything but i am very un happy because i was supposed to pay just 2 last nights because the rest of the nights i was Samsung's guest . At my astonishment once i checked my bank records i found out that i have been charged for the total amount of the stay. I was Samsung guest , normally i added just 2 more nights on my expenses. Could you please refund me the others nights asap and invoice Samsung just like you did for the rest of the group ?? Thanks I think there was à confusion because i did not change room for the extra 2 nights. Nawal benjelloun Company : burintel

What was the highlight of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas by IHG
Good hotel overall at a fantastic location
Room was very clean & comfortable and had good sound insulation. We had a good sleep after a red eye flight. Enjoyed using the toiletries as they had an invigorating scent. There was a bathtub! The hairdryer was also powerful which is a relief after using many weak hairdryers at hotels. There were other ammenities like an ironing board and soft shoe brush which are small touches that are appreciated. We found the staff warm and approachable as well and they were very eager to assist when we needed. Doormen and conceirge were efficient and welcoming which created a nice impression upon arrival. I much prefer hotel receptions on the ground floor like this one as it feels you are ushered into care of the hotel as soon as you arrive. Overall a very pleasant 1 night stay and the excellent location near a major mall, exibition hall & train station definitely helps.
We were a bit surprised at how low the ceiling was on the guest floors. It would have been more congruent to the sense of space the lobby area lent with higher ceilings. The room also seemed smaller than 400sqft which was abit disappointing. While it still felt new, finishing of furnishing and quality of equipment lacked a certain finesse that we were expecting. We stayed during the off peak season which made the room rate more reasonable. However as plesant as the experience was, we are not sure if paying 30-50% more is justifiable. Probably the biggest surprise was that it cost an additional 60,000krw to use the sauna facility. That seems high and it would be nice if management reconsidered to lower this supplement charge.

Exellent breakfast. Mene they should move it to the top Floor to Get an amazing virus, or maybe have a bar or restaurant at the top Floor.
